Bronwyn Davies-Mason is a violin teacher with over 18 years of experience. She began her violin training as a child with the Suzuki Method. She went on to receive her B.A. in music from Bennington College, where she studied with violinist Diane Pascal. In addition, she studied with Edmund Sprunger to receive her certification to teach Suzuki Violin Book 1. While living in Nashville, TN, Bronwyn played with a number of recording artists, including Kirk Franklin, and recorded at studios including Bomb Shelter and Toy Box studio. She also played regular gigs with a string quartet and as a soloist. At the same time, she taught a large weekly roster of students at Nashville Violins and at her home studio. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2022, Bronwyn has played gigs with bands at the Hotel Cafe and Dynasty Typewriter, played on a movie score, and for events with a violin-guitar duo. She teaches violin lessons at Bloom School of Music and Dance, and with Crescendo Young Musicians Guild in LAUSD public schools. Bronwyn is the mother to a ten year old boy, and finds parenting to be a great training ground for teaching. In addition to teaching violin she is also a yoga teacher, which she finds to be a great complement to her musical practice.
